One study showed that overweight 30 women who ate eggs for breakfast,
instead of bread, increased their feelings of fullness and made women eat less for the next
36 hours.
Another 8 weeks study found that eating eggs for breakfast increased weight loss on a calorie-restricted diet,
compared to bread.
Eggs are also the best nutrient-dense and can help you get all the needed nutrients on a calorie-restricted diet. Interestingly, almost all the

spinach contain lots. Therefore, the space they leave in your stomach - in part
