My Aerobic exercise recommendation falls into two categories:
Exercise with low to moderate strength -
This includes walking, swimming, climbing stairs, step classes, light water
aerobics, rowing, and skiing across the country. Almost anyone in good health
can engage in moderate-to-moderate exercise. Walking faster burns more calories
than running the same distance because it takes more time to walk than running
that distance and puts you at risk for muscle and bone damage.
High-Impact aerobics - Activities in this
group include running, gymnastics, tennis, racquetball, and squash. Extreme
aerobics should be done on other days. People who are overweight, elderly,
disabled, or injured or have other medical problems should do so more often and
only with their doctor's approval.

you can do and because of the variety you have to choose from, it can not only
remove the boredom from it, it can make it more fun.
1. Walk/Jogging
Walking is a popular form of exercise
because it requires less in terms of equipment or resources. Walking for an
extra 20 minutes each day will burn 7 pounds [7 kg] of body fat per year. Long,
smooth walks every day are best for weight loss.
2. Running
In running, one can cover great distances in a short time. Therefore, large numbers of calories can be burned in the time wasted.
3. Aerobic Exercise
Danced aerobic dance is the most popular
form of exercise in the world. Aerobic dance helps to relax the muscles of the
body and many people find it fun to do so.
4. Step Exercise properly
Step aerobics involves the use of a step or
bench usually about one foot wide and three feet long and about six inches

Water aerobics incorporates a variety of
movements from swimming and ground swimming to the development of powerful

Swimming is a popular form of regular
exercise. Due to water resistance, the amount of energy required to swim a
